How do I get into the event if I purchased eTickets?
A.
After you purchase your eTickets, you will be directed to a page that lists the event date, time, location and your unique ticket confirmation number. Print this page out. This ticket and its confirmation number will validate your purchase via a will call list at the venue. If you purchase multiple eTickets, you can either distribute eTickets to your friends online with our Transfer Service or print individual eTickets and give them to your friends in person. <return to top>

What if I forgot to print out my eTicket confirmation?
A.
The printout of your eTicket confirmation is your ticket to the event and is as important as a traditional ticket to gain entrance into the event. It is the only way that you can be validated against the will call list. You can login to your account from any computer with Internet access and print out your confirmation. If you show up at the venue without your eTicket confirmation, you will not be allowed into the event. <return to top>

How long will it take for my Delivered Tickets to arrive?
  Delivered Tickets are sent from Salt Lake City within 48 hours of when the order is placed. Tickets are mailed via USPS First Class mail and should arrive to you within 5-7 business days. If your tickets do not arrive within two days of the event, send an e-mail message to support@24tix.com with your account ID or order number. <return to top>

Why are Delivered Tickets not an option for the event that I want to attend? Why are eTickets not an option for the event that I want to attend?
  Not all events have multiple ticketing options. Some events may only have a single ticketing option. Also, Delivered Ticket sales cease 10 days prior to the event to allow for shipping. <return to top>

What is the Transfer Service and how does it work?
  Our Transfer Service allows you to purchase multiple eTickets to a show and then distribute them to your friends online. After you purchase eTickets, you can select one or more of the tickets and transfer them to anyone you know with an email address. The recipient will receive and email letting them know about your generous gift and a message from you, as well as a link to our site. Once here, they will have the opportunity to accept or decline your gift. If your friend accepts the eTicket(s), they will be removed from your ticket list and confirmation page. If they decline, a message will be sent to you along with a message from your friend explaining why they would not accept your gift. The tickets will then be available for you use or give to another friend. <return to top>

What if I changed my mind about transferring tickets to a friend? Can I get them back?
  Once an eTicket is selected for transfer, it goes into a "Pending Transfer" state. If a ticket is still Pending Transfer, you can "Take Back" the ticket. In doing so, you will be revoking the offer to your friend and adding the ticket back to your ticket list for your use or to give to another friend. But, if a ticket is accepted by your friend, the transfer is made and the ticket is no longer yours. <return to top>

I received an email telling me that tickets were transferred to me, but when I went to the site there were no pending tickets. What happened?
  Whoever transferred tickets to you used our "Take Back" option, thus revoking their offer to you. You can email them back if you would like, or purchase tickets using our system. <return to top>

What if the event gets cancelled?
  If the show gets cancelled by the band, venue or promoter, we credit the purchasing credit card for 100% of the ticket price. We cannot refund the service fees. There is no need to call or email us. You will receive an email containing the details of your refund. <return to top>

What if I got sick and could not attend the event? What if the event sucked? What if the band was drunk?
  Unfortunately, these things happen and are completely out of our control. There are no refunds to an event unless it was cancelled by the promoter. If an event is cancelled by the promoter, you will get a 100% refund of the ticket price. <return to top>

What if I got kicked out of the event for fighting, being intoxicated, etc …?
  24tix.com provides a service for purchasing tickets online. We do not make the venues' rules. It is your responsibility to understand the rules and regulations for an event prior to purchasing tickets. If there is a dispute, you will need to take it up with the venue or promoter. Is using my credit card online safe?
  Using a credit card on 24tix.com is completely safe. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt your personal information while it is in transfer to our servers. Look for the padlock in your browser when entering your credit card information. Your credit card information is never stored on our servers and is used only during the authorization process. <return to top>
