Purchasing
tickets online with 24tix.com is the fast and easy way
to get tickets to your favorite concerts and events.

Select an event and enter the quantity of tickets you would like
to purchase.
Browse upcoming events by scrolling through events
or through our calendar and quick
list. When you have found an event that you would like to
attend, press the "Buy
Tickets" button. Enter the number of tickets
you would like to purchase for the event. There is a maximum
number of tickets that you will be allowed to purchase for each
event, which varies per event. Press the "Continue
Shopping" button to shop for tickets to additional events
or the "Proceed
to Checkout" button to begin the check-out process.

Choose
how you would like to receive your tickets.
For most events you can select an eTicket (electronic) or a Delivered Ticket.
eTickets are will call tickets that require you to print a confirmation slip,
which is then verified at the event's will call window. Delivered tickets are
traditional tickets that we print and mail to you. Please note that not all shows
have multiple delivery options and that Delivered Tickets are only available
until 9 days prior to most events to allow for mailing. Also note that eTickets
require access to a printer. |

Login or create
a new account
If you have purchased tickets with us before, enter
your email address and password to login to your account. If
this is your first time purchasing tickets with us, use the "Register"
form beneath the "Login" form to create a new account. Accounts
are created so that you can access your purchased tickets for
printing or transferring later.

Enter your shipping
and billing information
Review your order and enter your credit card information to finalize
your purchase. We use Secure Socket Link (SSL) technology to
encrypt your personal information while it is in transfer to
our servers for your protection. Your credit card information
is never stored on our servers and is used only during the authorization/capture
process.

Purchase finalized!
Enjoy the show!
Your card has been processed and your purchase is now finalized! An email receipt
is automatically sent to you and a summary of your transaction appears on
the screen. If you purchased eTickets, you can print your tickets or give them
to friends using our Transfer Service. If you do not have immediate access to
a printer, you can log back into your account any time before the event from
another computer with a printer connection. If you purchased Delivered tickets,
they will arrive within 5-7 business days.

Transferring
tickets (eTickets only)
If you purchased
multiple eTickets, you can give them to friends online using
our Transfer Service. Log in to your account and click the
Transfer Tickets link for a list of transferrable tickets. You
can select one or more tickets to transfer to anyone with an
email address. Enter their email address at the bottom of the
page and a personal message then click the "Transfer
Tickets" button.
The
transferred ticket is now put into a "Pending Transfer" state.
An email is sent to your friend letting them know about your
gift and giving them instructions on how to retrieve their ticket(s).
Your friend has the opportunity to either accept or decline your
gift, either of which will send you an email letting you know
the ticket's status.
While a ticket is "Pending Transfer", you have
the opportunity to take the ticket back from the Transfer Tickets
page by clicking the "Take Back" button. Doing this will put
the ticket back into your ticket list and send an email to your
friend letting them know that your previous offer is now void.
But, if a ticket is accepted by your friend, the transfer is
made and the ticket is no longer yours and thus cannot be taken
back. |

Printing
tickets (eTickets only)
Log in to your account and click on the Print
Tickets link to see all of the eTickets that you have purchased
for upcoming events. You can click on an individual ticket number
to print that ticket alone on a page or you can click on the "Print
All Tickets" button to print all of the tickets to an
event on the same page. You must print out your ticket and bring it
with you to gain entry into the event. Your eTicket will be validated
against our will call list and allow you entry into the event. |

Delivered Tickets
Delivered
Tickets are traditional tickets that we print and send out from
Salt Lake City within 48 hours of when the order is placed. Tickets
are mailed via USPS First Class mail and should arrive to you
within 5-7 business days. There is no need to wait in a separate
will call line with delivered tickets. |
