For the July 7 West Elm Workshop, Patrick Andrews of Blue Copper Coffee will instruct participants on how to roast coffee. Blue Copper Coffee was started in 2013 as a small home roasting company in Salt Lake City. Over the last 3 years, Blue Copper Coffee has expanded into its own brick-and-mortar location. Serving to the Salt Lake Valley, it has become a favorite place for locals. Workshop participants will learn the basics of roasting their own coffee at home.
