A constant creator, Lisa Lewis began Light & Ink as a way to bring nature’s beauty into everyday homes using gold-leafed objects and prints made from wood cross sections. Join us for one of Craft Lake City’s most popular 45 minute workshops as we learn the basics of working with the delicate medium of gold leafing and embellish a wooden plant holder to take home. Note that the cost of this workshop includes single day Festival entry, a separate entry ticket is NOT required.

The DIY Festival is held at the centrally located Gallivan Plaza in downtown Salt Lake City at 50 East and 200 South. Visitors will enjoy viewing and interacting with over 250 Utah-based artisans and other local creatives including: Google Fiber STEM Building DIY engineers and tinkerers, craft foodies, vintage vendors, Kid Row youth makers, free artisan demonstrations and two different stages featuring local performers.
