Cherokee Social is a Denver-based indie pop duo creating the depth, energy, and atmosphere of a full band. Founded by multi-instrumentalist Julian Navarro and guitarist Alex Creighton, the duo has built a reputation for immersive live performances, emotionally driven songwriting, and a sound that blends nostalgic influences with modern indie pop. After selling out their first hometown headline show, Cherokee Social went on to open for acclaimed artists including Macy Gray and Fitz and the Tantrums.

In 2025, the band completed a six-week West Coast tour, an experience that inspired their debut EP, The Garden, released shortly afterward. Building on that momentum, Cherokee Social was selected to open the majority of Ian McConnell’s tour, continuing to introduce their music to audiences across the country.

With multiple releases planned throughout 2026, Cherokee Social continues to build a growing national audience through cinematic visuals, unforgettable live performances, and music that captures the feeling of present nostalgia
