It is the sounds of small details like these that characterize the kaleidoscopic music of Voulouse, a new recording project from midwest songwriter and veteran touring artist Jacquelyn Beaupré. With unerring devotion to rhythm and playfully catchy melodies, one 2024 single Divine Light and a slew of upcoming tour dates and singles mark a new era in Beaupre’s intentional offerings to listeners and overall craftsmanship as a band.

Drawing inspiration from artists like Arthur Russell, Neil Young and Rainer Rilke, Voulouse’s work provides comfort through soft honesty. Voulouse are currently booking a midwest and southwest tour in Spring 2026 with a particular focus on interdisciplinary spaces and collaborative sets.
