    DIY Festival is dog friendly, and we invite you to bring your trusty companion with you. When your pup needs a break, head to our Dog Park Presented By Pup Tub Club for some hydration, shade, potty area, and resting cots. Responsible dog owners are allowed to bring their well-behaved dogs to the DIY Festival by purchasing this admission ticket. All dogs must have current rabies vaccinations and sign Craft Lake City’s Dog Owner Liability Release Form in advance. Dogs must be leashed at all times. No retractable leashes. Dogs may not be left unattended or left in cars on premise.

The Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival is Utah’s largest local-centric art, music, science and technology festival. We are celebrating our 16th Anniversary with the biggest fest yet with over 350 local artisans, vintage vendors, foodies, youth entrepreneurs, performers and STEM exhibitors over three days the second weekend of August in 2024 at the Utah State Fairpark!

FRIDAY
Headliners Kacy Hill, Talia Keys & The Love and Tolchock Trio will take to the 90.9 FM KRCL Stage on Friday night to kick off a weekend full of 50+ different local musicians and performers, including a wide diversity of bands, solo artists, dance troupes, multicultural performers & more. All of our acts will be shared between the 90.9 FM KRCL Stage and the GoHFA stage, sponsored by local music legend David Payne and his Gallery of Hyper Fine Art.

VIP Area Sponsored by Utah's Own offers attendees access to shaded seating with priority view of the stage for Friday’s headliner performances, two complimentary tickets for beer or craft cocktails from Utah distilleries and breweries, and craft food bites from local craft food purveyors hand-selected from Utah’s Own.

SATURDAY

Kid Row You won’t want to miss Craft Lake City’s one-day exhibition space for youth makers ages 18 and under. Come support the next generation of makers from 12 – 4 p.m. on Saturday. Sponsored by Utah's Afterschool Network.

Introducing DIY Fest After Dark! On Saturday night, the party continues later than ever with DIY Fest After Dark, where for the very first time, our Saturday performances from Drusky, Purr Bats, Jimi Dead and Vincent Draper & The Culls, will run until 10:00 p.m. – two full hours after our artisan market has closed!

SUNDAY
Join us on the final day of the Festival, between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. and check out our incredible Sunday headliners, Stella Standingbear and Kate MacLeod.

Ticket Purchase Agreement

By purchasing a ticket to the 16th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions outlined herein.

Ticket Types and Pricing:

Ticket types and pricing are subject to change without notice. Please refer to the official Craft Lake City website or authorized ticketing agents for current pricing and availability.

Refunds and Exchanges:

All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled by Craft Lake City. Refunds will not be issued for personal changes in plans, patron removal from the event, weather delays or artist specific cancellations due to weather, or experience related complaints. In the case of cancellation, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser via the original method of payment.

Ticket Transfers:

Tickets are transferable between individuals. Craft Lake City is not responsible for any transactions or disputes that arise from the transfer of tickets.

Lost or Stolen Tickets:

Craft Lake City is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please treat your tickets like cash. Duplicate tickets will not be issued under any circumstances.

Event Entry:

Entry to the festival is only permitted with a valid ticket. Ticket holders must present their tickets (printed or digital) along with a valid photo ID for entry. Failure to provide proper identification may result in denial of entry.

Event Rules and Regulations:

By attending the 16th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival, attendees agree to comply with all event and venue rules and regulations. Craft Lake City reserves the right to refuse entry or eject any individual who violates these rules without refund.

Event Cancellation or Postponement:

Craft Lake City reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies. In such cases, Craft Lake City will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders and provide alternative arrangements.

Liability Waiver:

Attendees assume all risks and liabilities associated with attending the 16th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival. Craft Lake City, its organizers, sponsors, vendors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the event.

Photography and Videography:

By attending the festival, attendees grant Craft Lake City the right to use their likeness, image, or voice in any photographs, videos, or promotional materials for marketing and advertising purposes without compensation or notification.

Accessibility:

Craft Lake City is committed to providing a welcoming and accessible environment for all attendees. For accessibility accommodations or inquiries, please contact Craft Lake City prior to purchasing tickets.

Dog tickets:

Responsible dog owners are allowed to bring their well-behaved dogs to the DIY Festival by purchasing a dog admission ticket. All dogs must have current rabies vaccinations and sign Craft Lake City’s Dog Owner Liability Release Form in advance. Dogs must be leashed at all times. No retractable leashes. Dogs may not be left unattended or left in cars on premise. If dogs are being mistreated or harassing other festival attendees Craft Lake City reserves the right to remove you from the event.

Venue Rules:

Kids 12 and under are FREE with a parent or guardian

Re-Entry is granted for all ticket types and will be subject to security procedures

This event is cashless. All major credit cards and tap-to-pay will be accepted for all festival purchases (tickets, parking, food, beverages, merch, etc.) \

No camping

No unauthorized/unlicensed vending, soliciting, performances, handbills, sampling, or giveaways

No moshing, crowd-surfing, or stage diving

No Refunds or Exchanges

Alcohol should generally be consumed by the person who purchased it and must not be shared with anyone that could possibly be underage

Festival is held rain or shine

There are currently no covid vaccine or negative test requirements. Covid protocols are subject to change. Attendees agree to follow all health & safety policies as defined on each festival day

Exhibitors are subject to change. Refunds are not issued based on specific exhibitor cancellations, performer lineup changes or no shows

Security reserves the right to search bags, perform pat-down checks, and refuse/revoke entry at their discretion. These reasons include intoxication, disturbing hygiene, engaging in hate speech, belligerent or noncompliant behavior, acts or threats of violence, disturbing other guests, etc

Festival rules are subject to change. Complete rules will be posted at the venue. Failure to follow these rules may result in your removal from the event without a refund

Bag Policy:

ALL bags will be searched before entry. Fully CLEAR bags made of plastic, vinyl, or PVC are encouraged. Hydration packs and water bottles are allowed and do not need to be clear, but must be emptied of all liquid upon entry into the festival. Water refill stations will be provided inside the grounds free of charge.

Prohibited Items:

Drones or any other remote flying device

Weapons of any kind: guns, knives, pepper spray, etc.

Fireworks or explosives

Drugs, outside alcohol or illicit substances

Modification of Terms:

Craft Lake City reserves the right to modify or update these ticketing terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of tickets to the 16th Annual Craft Lake City DIY Festival constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.

Purchaser agrees to share their email and contact information with Craft Lake City for future contact regarding festival updates, information on other upcoming events, and other communications with participating sponsors and/or artist teams at Promoter discretion.
